If you have any questions please do contact me in advance at annemarie@annemarierymillart.com<\/p>\n<p>Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regards to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How is my payment handled? \u2028<\/p>\n<p>Payments are taken through PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay &amp; Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit\/credit card details.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paying by bank transfer\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a checkout option if you would prefer to not buy through this website, we are happy to facilitate sending an invoice directly to you to pay by bank transfer which many UK customers prefer. (You also have the option of making a payment via a phone call.) If you select this option you will be emailed with details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?\u2028<\/p>\n<p>Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD or UPS couriers depending on size and weight.\u00a0 Most UK deliveries arrive within 2\/3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements. Local purchases in the Thanet area can be hand delivered.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my print?\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All prints are made to order and orders are sent once a week to the printer, then to be signed (for limited editions) and sent to you. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.\u00a0 Most UK deliveries arrive within 2\/3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 10 working days in total.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I collect my artwork from your studio?\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, once you have placed your order, message me and I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My studio is in Margate, Kent CT9 Alternatively, if you are local to the Thanet area we are very happy to hand deliver your purchased artwork.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is Shipping included? \u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, artworks have shipping costs included (unless stated otherwise or for international shipping-see below)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What about large or high value artworks?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I appreciate this is a high value purchase \u2013 and a piece of work I have spent much time on! It\u2019s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually \u2013 please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first, in order to secure the painting, the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can you ship internationally?\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.<\/p>\n<p>Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer\u2019s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What if my painting arrives and I don\u2019t like it?<\/p>\n<p>I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.<\/p>\n<p>If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the original packaging and the same service it was sent to you with proof of a tracked postage receipt. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All prints are custom made to the size you request. I don\u2019t hold stock \u2013 each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you require before you place the order.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if my painting arrives damaged?\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All work is carefully packed and wrapped. In the very rare event that your lovingly packaged artwork is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 7 days with clear photographs plus a description of the condition and the damage done. Your artwork, dependant on what it is will either be replaced or refunded in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p>NB* All artworks are subject to expert handling and are thoroughly quality checked during the packaging process.
