2.1 When registering an account on Anne-Marie Rymill Art it is your responsibility to ensure your details, both billing and shipping are correct and complete.

2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are logged in to your account when proceeding with an order to ensure that you can track your order.

3.1 The content of the Anne-Marie Rymill Art website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. 3.5 Anne-Marie Rymill Art reserves the right to use legitimately purchased stock imagery in designs where required.

3.6 You may not duplicate / source reprints of any items purchased from Anne-Marie Rymill Art.

As a convenience Anne-Marie Rymill Art may directly link to other websites or material. Anne-Marie Rymill Art is not responsible for any of these websites or material which is beyond its control.

  1. Availability of the Anne-Marie Rymill Art

5.1 Although Anne-Marie Rymill Art aims to give you the best service possible, Anne-Marie Rymill Art cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to annemarie@annemarierymillart.com and Anne-Marie Rymill Art will attempt to correct the fault as soon as reasonably possible.

5.2 If any fault occurs while ordering during a sale period and is not resolved during or before the sale ends then this is unfortunately beyond the control of Anne-Marie Rymill Art and the sale price cannot be honored at a later date.

5.3 Your access to the Anne-Marie Rymill Art site may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance and the introduction of new facilities or products. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.

7.2 Anne-Marie Rymill Art will always endeavour to provide your order as specified in the product listing, however on occasion material substitutions may be provided. These will always be of an equal or greater specification to that listed.

7.3 The price of the product does include the delivery charge (there are exceptions ie larger artworks and international delivery, in which case this is calculated by contacting annemarie@annemarierymillart.com

7.4 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown for products are correct when added to the website. If by mistake we have under priced a product, or listed it for free unintentionally then Anne-Marie Rymill Art is not obliged to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that you are notified within 7 days of your order being placed. In this circumstance Anne-Marie Rymill Art reserves the right to cancel your order and give you a full refund on any amount that you have already paid for the product.

7.5 All prices are subject to change at any given time.

7.6 Prices quoted via email or social media will remain valid for 14 days after the initial quote. After which time you will need to request an updated quote.

8.1 All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).

8.2 In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on how many of a product you can buy for some products.

 

  1. Deliveries

9.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.

9.2 Please note that we deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. International delivery can be arranged by request, contact annemarie@annemarierymillart.com for options and pricing. We may block postcodes at our discretion for security purposes, we will advise you of this when entering your postcode into your account.

9.3 We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the order. For more information on delivery arrangements please email annemarie@annemarierymillart.com

9.4 Whilst Anne-Marie Rymill Art makes considerable effort to deliver all your products within the time periods agreed we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.

9.5 In the event that postal services are unable to be accessed for reasons beyond our control (i.e Act of God) then parcels will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. Refunds will not be provided for items which have already progressed into and past ‘processing’.

 

  1. Return and refund policy

10.1 If you change your mind about your order within the specified lead time after ordering then you will be able to cancel your order and require a full refund. To do so email annemarie@annemarierymillart.com (Lead time is determined on a per-order basis. Please see your order receipt to check your specific lead time.)

10.3 Anne-Marie Rymill Art does its best to ensure all orders are made to your complete satisfaction. However, if your order is faulty you may return the item and receive a replacement or refund. Refunds and replacements will not be issued until the faulty item has been received.

10.4 In the event that postal services are unable to be accessed for reasons beyond our control (i.e Act of God) then parcels will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. Refunds will not be provided for items which have already progressed into and past ‘processing’.

  1. Gift Cards and Coupons

11.1 Gift cards can be used for all or part of your order and must be redeemed at email annemarie@annemarierymillart.com any remaining balance after completing your purchase will be issued in the form of a new voucher code.

11.2 Gift cards can be purchased during sales, however these can only be redeemed on full price items and cannot be used as payment in future sales.

11.3 Coupons can only be used on https://www.annemarierymillart.com/ and must be redeemed prior to their expiry date. Please see your coupon for further information and conditions.

11.4 Anne-Marie Rymill Art reserves the right to terminate the operation of any coupon or discount code at any time without notice.

  1. Refusal of service

12.1 Anne-Marie Rymill Art reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately at our reasonable discretion if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Anne-Marie Rymill Art ative reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.
