Pushing the boundaries with working on an large scale abstract whilst focusing on emphasising texture & contrast. This painting is based on my experience and memories of my favourite lake, which is in the New Forest, my intention being to encapsulate & convey the essence & the feeling of this peaceful, restorative & healing experience.

Created using various acrylic markers, soluble graphite, collage, inks, moulding paste & stencils, spray paint & stencils, acrylic paints, pigment powders, iridescent acrylic paint, , gold leaf, liquid gold and oil paint.
